1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 Tbsp cooking oil
3 cups cut up mixed fresh vegetables (red and green bell peppers, baby carrots, mushrooms and snow peas)
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup catalina salad dressing
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2 cups hot cooked long grain white rice
Serve over rice.
